I enjoyed meeting Bob and getting to know him. He does a great job of meeting and anticipating needs. If I had a concern he always went beyond my expectations to meet that need or concern. He always gave me the feeling he was focused on my needs as opposed to what he stood to gain from the relationship. If I am in need of a realtor I would not look anywhere else than Bob Bates. Awesome job Bob !
