Bob knew the area well and was able to point out many of the benefits to the location of the house I purchased. He had some excellent suggestions with regards to the living spaces and how to set them up and make them my own. I originally thought the second lot attached to the lot that the house was built on was a more of a liability instead of and asset, but after Bob pointed out the many advantages I could see the value in owning the lot.
