Buying a new house can be fun, but we would say it is mostly stressful until we met the Bates'. We were fortunate to have our friend recommend Kim Bates with Northwest Iowa Realty. Once there, we met her husband, Bob, who became our realtor and our friend. Through various pitfalls and problems, he helped us to stay calm and find a way to handle them.
